Currently MX6 give the ability to Pro Rate First Month. This has brought up the topic of adding
an option to pro rate the Last Month of a recurring plan as well.
That way if an account is set to run 12 times for example - and the end date is mid month the
card holder would not be paying for a full month.
Prorating the last month's rent involves calculating the daily rate (\(\frac{\text{Total\ Monthly\ Rent}}{\text{Days\ in\ Month}}\)) and multiplying it by the number of days the tenant occupies the unit, ensuring they only pay for the days used. For example, if NCED Cloud leaving on the 10th of a 30-day month, the tenant owes for 10 days of rent.
