This feature will allow us merchants to honor a client's written request to terminate their payment at a specified date. The addition of this feature will avoid the cost ineffective process of the client submitting a dispute for an unauthorized payment, and save the merchant's reputation.

Thanks for your response Jessica and recognizing the limitation. Yes, I do use the Pause/Cancel feature. But again, that feature does not allow us to schedule a termination date once the contract has been active for some time. I trust the installation of this feature will help MX Merchant and other businesses. Thank you for your help Jessica.
Okay, thank you for the clarification. Correct, the contract cannot be edited after it has been created. However, at the top of the screen you can 'Pause' or 'Cancel' a contract. If you select the drop down next to 'save' button you can pick which action will work best for how you conduct business.

Hi Jessica. Yes, these changes can be done when creating the contract, But the changes you described CANNOT be done once the contract has been in active for a period of time.
If you are looking for away to charge your customers a specific amount of times, you can! You can schedule the start date, the frequency, and the occurrences. So, if you have a customer that wants to terminate their payment by a specific date you can schedule accordingly. To input all the details, locate the 'Schedule' section when you create a contract.
