I keep running into merchants that have issues with setting up the recurring profile and when the next billing will actually take place..... a field that would show when the next exact billing day is would help tremendously so avoid unnecessary refunds. Especially with the 3 month terms as it seems to be a month after the creation then 3 months after that...... headaches....

Being able to update an existing agreement without having to start everything over makes a lot of sense, especially when details change over time. I’ve had the same thought with online accounts where keeping old information updated is much easier than creating a new one. I recently looked into platepayma.com for managing my Pay By Plate account details, and that made the process a little easier to understand.
