Ability to add decimal quantities

Some of our graphic design or web maintenance services are billed hourly, but we bill in 15 minute increments. It doesn't look like the current system accepts anything but whole numbers. It would be nice to be able to enter a number like 1.5.

I just want to know that 1) Line up the decimal points vertically. Fill in any 0's where necessary. 2) Add or subtract the numbers as if they were whole numbers. 3) Place the decimal point in the sum or difference so that it lines up vertically with the numbers being added or subtracted. TellTims
