Barty, thank you for getting back to me. You're right at this time there is no easy way to do that, however, we have a new report in the works that will resolve this issue for you. I've updated the status of the ticket so you'll receive another email when it's being worked on and another when the report is live in MX Merchant and ready for you to go in and give it a try.

Allie, Let's say you're the merchant and someone calls questioning a charge that you processed on a terminal and the customer only remembers that it was sometime in the last 2 weeks of last month and that the card ended in 1234.  So, if I go to https://mxmerchant.com/mx6/reports/base/settlement I can see dates and batches for that period.  I didn't find a search that would span those two weeks and find a card ending in "1234".  I would have to manually open each batch and drill down and down to see if the card were there.  Am I missing something?

Thank you for your feedback. We have a couple places throughout MX Merchant where we allow you to search for individual transactions. To make sure we are fully understanding your request, is there a specific page or place within MX Merchant you are looking to search for a specific transaction by card number?
