Suggestion - the refund option should be available under advanced options when you click on the ref #. This would be in addition to Voiding the entire transaction
This way I don't need to ask the customer via the phone or email for their full card number
Wine is a way to run Windows software on Linux, but with no Windows required. Wine is an open-source Windows compatibility layer that can run Windows programs directly on any Linux desktop. Essentially, opautoclicker is trying to re-implement enough of Windows from scratch so that it can run all those Windows applications without actually needing Windows.
This doesn't seem to apply to card swiped transactions. I am not on-site where my card reader is. If the on-site person's transaction needs to be refunded the next day I cannot do this without asking the customer for the full credit card number. Which in these days of scammers may seem suspicious.
If this functionality does exist, please tell me where to find it.
very Nice Forum

It shows Refund if the sale has already settled.
