Reporting needs more details Merged

Used to have a report that showed the memo data as well as the source link that the members used to make donations on our site (http://www.stjamesbaptistchurch.com/).  Memo field is Blank (even when we confirm they put in data in that field) as which is very important to reconcile the donations with the church's donation tracking system.  We need the source/link name to show up as well so the church can allocate their donation to the need that they specify.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We recently resolved the issue with the memo field not being sent over to MXM which was definitely a bug in the system. You should be seeing those memo fields from new transactions now within MX6. We are in the process of adding a source column to the payments screen that can be filtered on and displayed on the payments page. We have another ticket open for this same request so I am going to merge the two so you can follow along with the other Link2Pay changes we are making in addition to the source.

We can no longer login to the older version that showed us - all in one list - all payments and the source or app the customer used to process their payment.  In April 2016, tech support guided me in MX6 to open each record and look at the "Team Member" field, but that does not differentiate between payments made through Link2Pay, our AMS MemberSuite, and MX Express as the original "Source" field did. See attached screenshot from the old version showing what we can't see in MX6. I am hoping this ability has been added to MX6.

We also have trouble seeing the data entered in the Memo field so we can match payments to AMS invoices.
