The fields available to them will be a subject type (drop down) and a description (free form text).
When they click submit we will try to capture the version of MX6 they are on, source type, user information (role, username, MID). If there is additional data needed when troubleshooting please let me know so I can add it.
quick support icon on the Mii Modal in lower left. Clicking on it will capture all of the user information as well as the page they were on and allow them to add a comment as to the issue they were having.
