Suggestion - the refund option should be available under advanced options when you click on the ref #. This would be in addition to Voiding the entire transaction

This way I don't need to ask the customer via the phone or email for their full card number

Bring Sales by Day Report back online

This report is needed for balance due to the fact that it shows PPS Funded and Non-PPS Funded amounts by day. We have a large amount of American Express transactions and balance for the month is nearly impossible without this report

When are we getting back the feature that shows on the bottom of the invoice that we've sent an invoice and to whom we've sent it?!? It is such a hassle not to have the feature anymore. I have been told it's coming back, but when?!?

Consolidated Reporting

As a Dharma Merchant customer we utilize both MXMerchant and Clover. It would be nice to have a report someplace that combines batch data from each for a particular batch day.

Our merchants can go into MX4 and do a research on a card to see when it was processed or refunded. MX6 does not offer.
