Currently online payments do not offer an option to identify who the payment is being made for. If the party making the online payment is different from our client on file this can be difficult as to where the payment should be applied.
An idea for you: You can add a memo box to ask for the name on the account. At the end of the URL add “?memo=” then whatever you want to say, and end with “&showmemo=1” to force your message to appear in the text box. So after your URL link, you would add something like (with no space between your link and the ?):
yourrealmxmerchantURLlinkhere?memo=Enter Name on Account Here:&showmemo=1
