When there are related payments in the advanced section show the reference number in order to make it easier to locate the associated payments rather than having to try to search by the customer name, card last 4 or authorization code to figure it out.

No more searching for related payments to find out the full story of a payment, we can understand how that can be frustrating.Now if you click on the blue Advanced button found on the bottom left corner of the Payment Detail pop-up (this pop-up appears after you click on the green reference number on the payment page). Scroll down to the "Related Payments" section this is where you will find if there were any returns for example.
When you are looking at a payment and click on the reference number to view the payment detail pop-up for that transaction, click on the blue Advanced button found on the bottom left corner of the Payment Detail pop-up. Scroll down to the "Related Payments" section this is where you will find if there were any returns after a sale or settlements from an authorization for example. Now you will see a blue hyperlink to the left of that information. Clicking on the hyperlink will keep you in the payment detail pop-up but the information will have changed for the related payment so no more clicking around and no more aimless searching!
