This came up just today with a new client boarded yesterday unable to process $1000K+ transactions.
I researched it and this has not always been the case. I have clients boarded as recently as October 2016 where "supervisor" and "clerk" default to "unlimited". Its just one more setting the agent has to remember to un-do each time we add a new account / user.
