It is hard to tell what the export and import buttons do without clicking on each one. If you are anything like me you don't click in fear that you will mess everything up. I had to call in to find out how to export since I couldn't just put my mouse over it and learn on my own
Another helpful tool tip would be on the "Send Customer Authorization" option in recurring settings and on the recurring option so users understand what the function does.
