In B2B, we have had a number of merchants call in due to failed transactions on MX6. Jerris told me today that the most likely reason is a transaction cap ($1,000) placed on the person (non-admin) running the transaction.
Could we have this cap default to $50,000 for the Business Services portfolio? Overall, our average ticket is $2,500 for the month of May. Many of our merchants never run a transaction less than $5,000.
