Control Scan gave me errors for 2 days just trying to log in and then took me through the wrong questions because we have multiple payment processors for different functions. It tried to require a scan when I shouldn't need one according to their support person Widley(?). He guided me through starting the questionnaire over, but it still says I need a scan in MX Merchant and I've never even had that question come up in the years we've been doing this.
