Ability to add a 3 response for AVS for AMEX cards that do not participate in AVS Merged

Currently we only display match or mismatch for AVS response on all cards, we have been advised by devs that AMEX has a 3rd response which is (does not participate in AVS verification). 

 

Currently we display that as mismatch which is causing some merchants to questions card holders unnecessarily.
