We have customers that are on a monthly charge out. We are constantly adding new customers to the data base.. The initial setup was alphabetized by the customers last name as we had it on file. The new customers are out of alphabetical sequence. When we look up to see a customers payments it is a nightmare to see if they were entered twice. This has happened because the card number was changed. There should also be a prompt to let us know when a customer has already been entered so that we do not duplicate a charge. The option should be available to look up a customer by their last name or by their account number. To look up a customer by their first name is worthless. Please change this. Thank you.
Is this a generational thing? I always sort by LAST name...and so do my customers!
