Emailing Dispute information to be proactive

We need more information other than an email saying "a dispute is occurring".  When we get the details via mail, it leaves us little to no time to react and we lose the money.

Give us Date of transaction, Card number, name, etc.  Anything that can help us find this transaction.  Anything is better than nothing.
