Allow for saving of CVV and zip code when saving customer credit card info

We need a place to save the CVV and zip code when we enter a customer card, that is not the notes section. When we pull up the customer's saved card in Quickpay, the card number, expiration date, CVV and postal code should autofill.

Agree to terms checkbox for invoices

I feel it would benefit both MX Merchant and us to have a checkbox that can have the invoice terms. That way MX Merchant and us have a record the customer has been made aware of terms. I feel it would help in disputes.
