I am a healthcare provider, and currently have to put the patient's name under "Item," which is odd. It would be great for me to be able to title columns "patient name" (instead of "item") and "service" (instead of "description").

It would be helpful for those vendors who charge a restock fee to be able to do this from the return screen by adding a restock fee drop down instead of going to the payment screen and deducting it from the refund amount.

I want to batch generate invoices from a list (.csv) . It would probably be better if it was in a Quickbooks compatable format.. The import would probably need to create clients if they don't already exist.
